» The Cowboys are back in town
Anyone wondered what happened to the Badass Cowboys, the "not very good country music" fun-project which Steven Burrows contributed his talents a few years ago until being 'arrested and deported for public hygiene infringements'?
Finally there is an album available that Slim the surviving "best member of Slipknot" completed with selected top-flight criminals.
At the Boleg Bros site you can see the video clip for the track 'Bad Syrup', listen to mp3's of the album 'Born In The KFC', see artwork etc. There is also a myspace site.
You can also order the album, download for itunes & purchase assorted merchandise like drinks coasters etc.
'Trees fans should be prepared for some formidable culture shock though... ;-)

» 'Cringing Cult of Celebrity' around Redditch, Worcestershire (England)
From The Knowhere Guide UK of famous residents and ex-residents ;-)
"... John Bonham - Led Zepplin (used to live in a caravan at the bottom of a garden in Enfield Rd, Hunt End, later lived in Plymouth Rd), John (Nigel!) Taylor - Duran Duran (went to the Abbey High). Nigel Clarke - Dodgy. Malc Treece - Wonderstuff... Also the Drummer from the original line up of Black Sabbath lived in Headless Cross (and hence the speculation that they named it after the place 'cos they liked the sound of it...
Ozzy Ozbourne's Mom lived ( maybe still does ) on the Woodrow ...
Then there was Inkberrow... Ruth England (Hodgkinson) - 'Wish You Were Here' presenter was from here. Chris 'Ace' Kefford of 'The Move' lived there for some years too. & the band And Also The Trees were all from Inkberrow. Nobody knows 'em here but they were bloody enormous in France, Japan etc."
